To book the media center, email your request to media specialist. We have three spaces which can be reserved:
The Projector area (30 seats with tables) has a projector, screen, and hookup for laptop. It is in the Non-Fiction area.
The Media ComputersLab area has 30 seats with tables and 22 computers. Many are filled by online students and may not be scheduled for a class at this time. Call for availability depending on the period.
The Lab has 30 computers, a printer, a scanner and a projector/screen.
The Auditorium
The Drama teacher books the auditorium. No food or drink is allowed in this facility. The Atrium
There is room for working with students in the atrium with seating throughout the area.
The Outdoor Classroom
One of our students, working towards his Eagle in scouting, built an outdoor classroom just off the library wing. This area has rustic seating for a class under the trees. Table and podium.
Four computer labs on each wing and the Odyssey lab. Email the media specialist to book these spaces. You should be able to see them in your Outlook calendars. If not, contact the media specialist who will share them for viewing. These are lab areas for instructional use and should have flexible access. Please make sure students are supervised while in this space by teacher, interns, student teachers or other professionals. Your lab key should open all but the media center and Odyssey lab.
